Onsdag
Oa lc 5/5 16, and then 24kg
Lccj 2x24kg: 4,8,26,16,12,8,8 (sum 82 reps)
Trött mot slutet. Vore koolt om jag kom dit att jag kan köra ett 30rep set i pyramiden.
