Rond 1. Oa Jerk 20kg: 6/6
Rond 2-11. Jerk 2x24kg: 10x 7reps, 7 rpm
Rond 12 Cleans 2x20: 16 rpm
Rond 13 Cleans 2x24: 10 rpm
Fokus på snabbare och kortare 1a dip (det ena ger det andra).
