A push and a pull

Oa jerk 20kg: 5/5

Longer break

The 24kg jerks with comp bells; good thing was first four minutes held a steady tempo, one rep every 10th sec. Then tempo broke down (wanted to do 36rep à 6rpm).
The 20kg jerks were an attempt to get out of my comfy zone and hit my cardio - it was terrible. I wished to do 33reps in 3 min, but did not manage quite.

Oa pulls 60mm rolling handle, some lifts, I let you know the day some interesting happens :-)

Yes, agree, it is painful and makes a fullgrown man drewl like a fish on dry land :-).
