Needles, jogging, and long cycle

Tuesday 2nd
Walk / run: 6km in the range of 70-80% of HR Max)

Wedensday 3d
LC 2x20kg: 5,5
LC 2x28kg: 20,  then 4x 5reps

Triceps extensions with cable as the bench was occupied.

My lady firend gave me accupuncture this morning for the trapezius' tendencies of spasm. She said I might be tired - like I had already trained - in the afternoon and she was right. Feel good for mobility anyhow. I have got some acupuncture now and I think it helps. Interesting.
