Three days - three good undertakings

Wedensday
Some coaching at the great Military Fitness club "Bunkern". It really is an old military depot. Very big and asphalt floors. Had a good time. Want to do more!

Thursday
LC 2x20kg: 5,5
LC 2x28kg: 3,21

SCjerk 2x28kg: 10,5
Clean 2x28kg: 2x 10reps
Bench press 80kg: 6,5,4


Friday 28th
Walk/run: 6 kms in the range 70-80% of HRM

Browsing through my log, I realise I have not jogged since the 5th of May. Shameful. Felt good. The hills were easier (WTH effect of barbell squats ? :-)
