LC 2x32kg: 10x 4reps, 4rpm
Jerk 2x32kg: 10reps
Not a good lockout day. I believe legs were a tired from running Sat and Mon. Typically, first two/three lockouts each set were ok, then uglier. To practice, I wanted to finish with a fixometer jerk set, but the app turned of at rep 5 (not enough charge). Nonetheless, a good day, there is no way I could have lifted like this - even if modest - one year ago :-).
