Squat 60kg: 3x 10reps
DL 120kg: 2x 5reps

Stretching

A nice little session.

Sunday
LC 2x32kg: 18

Stretching, remembered some old - like 1989-old - stretches felt very good as variation.

Happy with lockouts, despite tired legs. Planned and started second set but quit as I failed first lockout (ok, not happy with that one :-).
