Jerk, Fixometer, 2x30kg: 10
OA jerk 36kg: 5/5

Pull-ups: 3x 6reps

Knee tucks from rings and some L-sits from bells


Pull-ups annoys my left forearm for some reason. I tried them thumbless today, and it felt better, will see tomorrow though.

Tuesday rest

Knee tucks and L-sit practice from rings

The thumbless grip in pull-ups, Monday, seems to work out as left forearm still feel ok.
