Black LC swing-swing-clean-jerk, 2x20kg: 10min (37reps, easy tempo)
Oa LC 36kg: 6/6
Rows in rings: 10 (annoyed left forearm so quit)
Pull-ups, thumbless: 3x 6reps
First time I did a 10min black lc set.
