LC 2x24kg: 5,5
LC 2x32kg: 10, 8, 6
That was all. I was quite happy with the 10rep set with the 32s, then it became som pres-outs etc. As first reps with 32s are usually ok, I guess it is an endurance, or strength-endurance, question. An outdoor session.
Tuesday 24th
Jerk 2x24kg: 3x 21reps (ca 7rpm)
Clean 2x24kg: 77reps/8min
I like to train outdoors at Christmas, but today it was too windy and rainy. The jerks were with a focus on mobility. The cleans, I wanted 8 mins at 10rpm, but I could not keep that tempo so I had to rest and then sprint.
