Really fun lifting. Happy with jerks; first time black LC with 28s - very tough if you ask me.
More kettlebell madness
As you surely have noticed, not only kettlebell organizations have their fair share of madness, but also some manufacturers. I saw these "handbag kettlebells" (my term) at a big store this morning. I tried them and my first impression can be resumed as "pain."
The top pic is when I just grabbed it and let it rest on my forearm. It bent my hand back visciously and I began shaking as my sweet compagnion fumbeled with the camera. The second pic is when I tried resting the handle at the base of my palm. That was even more painfull as the bell pressed into the outside on my wrist. You can also note the red welt on my hand from the first grip. And only 12kg. Well... a lot of respect for those who lift thes ones for a
