Monday 5th
LC 2x20kg: 5,5
LC 2x28kg: 5x 6reps, 5x 5reps (1min lift/1min rest troughout)
Jerk 2x28kg: 10reps

Deadlift 140kg: 3x 3reps
Stretching

Tuesday 6th
Jogging/walking/Sprinting: 6kms

Wedensday 7th
Jerk 2x20kg, 2x24kg: 5 each
Jerk 2x30kg: 10
Jerk 2x24kg: 45/6min

Snatch 20kg: 7/7, 14/14, 35/35, 22/22

Aimed for a snatch pyramid, but lost mental focus and palms felt sore. The jerk with 24kg is good for me, moving only between rack and lockout gives me lactic acid in triceps in a way the more dynamic lc does not. Following Zhernakov's seminar in January, I then need to increase local (i.e. in triceps) lactic acid tolerance. Now, I will take one or two rest days. The virtual competition inspired me to train GS.
