LC 2x24kg: 10 min (points not yet counted, for the International Friendship comp arranged by Berlin Kettlebears)
Made my contribution for the virtual competiton this morning. Started somewhat too slow. Nice to lift virtual again anyway. Results come later.
After lc I did some easy other stuff:
Squats 2x24kg: 2x 10reps
OH-press 2x24kg: 3x 5reps
I haven't found a satisfying way of squating with kettlebells. I think I prefer having them on the shoulders or upper back:
