SC jerk 2x28kg: 3,16,16,10
Black LC 2x20kg (swing-swing-clean-jerk): 4min
Oa swing 24kg: 10/10
Squat 50kg: 2x 10reps (ass to the grass)
Close grip bench press 50kg: 3x 10reps
The gym was warm and damp like a sauna. After lifting a thunder storm broke out. 4min of black lc is a PR even if it is not super-impressive. I did it with the Berlin comp in mind.
