The LC was hard today, I guess I wasn't fully recovered from yesterday's running and late night.
Next weekend is a two-day kettlebell sport seminar with Arseny Zhernakov, HMS, from Russia (affiliated with IKFF). I think it is going to be great and inspiring. Lots of secrets. It will take place at the Eleiko center in Halmstad. Thomas J from Uddevalla is the coordinator of the event.
Then the 26th there is the Uddevalla Long cycle Open. January will be a good kettlebell month.
