I wanted to try a max set with 28s. It got 23 reps which is a pr with one rep. It was an outdoors session so grip was no issue (despite 35mm handles in contrast to 33mm of my gym 28s) . But, cardio / systemic failure brought the set to an end. I got really tired and tried to do some more lifting but I could not get anything serious done. Instead I did a bit of garden work which was also a challenge. These 28s, weigh 28,3kgs.
Friday evening...good.
