Weights
SC jerk 2x28kg: 5,15,5,5
Snatching 16kg a little
Bench press 80kg: 4,5,4,4,3
Flat-bench dumbell press 2x20kg: 10
Biceps curl with cable: 3x10 !!!!
A sweet little session. If time and body wants, some running tomorrow. Lift them high!
