Outdoors

LC 2x24kg: 5, 5
SC jerk 2x32kg: 3,5,4,5,4,5
Clean 2x32kg: 5x 5reps
OA BU clean 24kg: 3sets, no rep count
Biceps curl 28kg: 2x 10reps

Outdoors in the sun. My favourite way of training, lots of rest, listening to the radio. No 15 minute workouts if I can choose. I don't get, by the way, how some folks can jerk the 32s for 10minutes, even 15reps is really impressive to me.

The 32s/10 minutes... after much contemplating I think it must be the result of witchcraft and I don't think I have the guts to do what those guys must have done.

Btw, we spoke about dead-lift and kb. They make a nice complement. So far, I find it is recovery that make them collide, fast/slow muscles don't seem a problem. The research continues :-)
