LC 2x24kg: 5
LC 2x28kg: 5,14,6
SC jerk 2x20kg: 2x 10 reps
BU clean & hold 20kg: 1min/1min (1rep/2rep)
Triceps extension w Black band: 4x 10reps
Biceps curl light bar + blue band: 4x 7reps
The SC-jerk were speed focus only. I kept the rpm low, but tried to make each rep as quick as possible. I should do that more often... I actually got the idea from the speed-pulling used by powerlifters.
