Gym between breakfast and lunch

DL 110kg: 5
DL 120kg: 3
DL 130kg: 3
DL 140kg: 3,3

Bench press 70kg and 80kg: five sets of ca 8 & 3reps
Biceps curl with cable: 2x10
Triceps extensions with cable: 3x 10reps

While warming up for the deadlift, I did not feel strong so I ditched any singles. It felt like I did not get the leg press into the deadlift. 

The bench - I want to come back to my old standard weight there - 80kg for 6reps and 5 sets. That is strong enough for me. I used to lift that before kettlebells in order to just keep some basic strength when training boxing.

I find bench a good press exercize to combine with all the overhead lifting with kettlebells. During his course, Morozov said bench press is very popular among GS-athletes.  It evoked shock among some course participants :-). I guess that not all GS-lifters use bench press though.

Jag gillar också bänken. Har kört det senaste halvåret och mina KB-pressar har förbättrats.

Hejsan! Det kanske är för tidigt att säga men jag tycker att stabiliteten i utlåsning av stöten känns bättre efter mina bänk-närmanden.
