LC "home-PR"

LC jerk 2x 20kg: 5
LC jerk 2x 24kg: 5
LC jerk 2x 24kg: 51 (10min, one no-count)

Stretching

This was my first 10min lc set with 24s since last year's competition in Uddevalla (March 2011). I did 50 reps then. Today, I did 51, not counting one ugly rep. This is a "home-PR" not a competition PR so maybe there is some more no-counts.

It was cardio that held me back. Heart rate was at 182 bpm which is 97% of my max pulse. Grip held up fine and didn't feel like an obstacle at all (which it has been sometimes previously).

Admittedly, I think 28s are more fun than these 10 minute ordeals. Tried some more jerks afterwards but was too tired.
