Snatch

Snatch 20kg: 7/7,14/14,35/35,30/30, 20/20,14/14,14/14 (137/137 total vol)
 
Elevated push-ups: 3x 10 reps
 
My favourite snatch template, I haven't done it in months but hands held up.

Push-ups is with feet on a chair and hands on a pair of heavier bells so that it's stable.
