Long cycle, low volume
Combo 14kg
LC 2x24kg: 2x 5reps
LC 2x32kg: 3,4,3,4,6,3,3,4 (tot sum 30 reps)
Bar hang: 90 sec (PR!)
Outside swings 2x24kg: 2x 10reps
Bridge work
Some long cycle-reps were too ugly to be counted, some were ok.
Had a magnesium party
