Farm walk 2x32kg: Once
Bar hang supersetted with farm-holds w 2x24kg: a couple of times (neither exercize to max, but the whole combination to failure)
Biceps curl w bar 24kg: 15reps
I wanted to snatch today, but a few reps with 14kg showed that my palms could not take it
Sunday 26th
LC 2x20, 2x24, 2x28: 3rep each weight
LC 2x30kg: 7
LC 2x28kg: 13
LC 2x20kg with fleece gloves and talcum: 40reps
French press 20kg: 15reps
I did a test today on where I stand with 30kg bells, just to get a point of reference. In a month or so, I plan to retest. Closest goal with 30kgs is 10reps. I also did testing with 28kgs, at 13 reps I felt I could not maintain ok lockouts so I quit. However, I did 18reps w 28kg a while ago. Anyway, my 28kg goal is 20reps.
The LC with fleece gloves taxed cardio and grip a lot. Grip felt like in a competition set with more and more deadclean.
