Snatch 20kg: 5/5, 69L(5min)/60R(4:30)
Right hand got tired quickly. 60 reps does not make sense. My right pr with 24kg is 50 reps, and 22 reps with 32kg. Could this be about Saturday's snatches and digging?
Tuesday
Swings, snatches with 20kg
LC, Farm walk, High pulls with 2x20kg
Today, Tuesday I did not count. It was in an ordinary gym so I could not live out the timed-set madness at this early stage of bringing bells to the gym :-).
