Heavy snatch, heavy lc, light session

Snatch 24kg: 5/5, 5/5, 5/5
Snatch 32kg: 3/3, 8/8, 9/9
Snatch 24kg: 20/20

LC 2x30kg: 3x 2reps, 3x 3reps

Bar holds, farm walks (lost count)

32kg snatches, felt good for a few reps, then I got tired...
LC with 30kg bells was nice. A lot heavier than the 28s, but not at all as intimidating as the 32s. Strange how such small increments in weight can make such a big difference.
If the 30kgs look familiar it is because it is the pair of 24kgs I opened in a previous post (LINK). They are now turned 30 kgs - or 30,5 kg to be exact. No shifting weights, no tinkling sounds so far (knock-on wood).
When you re-make bells in pairs, the process of weighing is painstaking. You don't want any difference between them. Clear-coated these handlebells, easier to maintain than color. Ten LC-reps with these ones would be nice, a summer project.
