High pulls 2x20kg: 10
High pulls 2x24kg: 10, 10
Farm walk 2x32kg: 1,5min (stricter posture)
Snatch 12kg w gloves: 4min (1/1/1/1)
Snatches felt better. However, there were some extra swings on the left side when technique suddenly failed. I think it is that somewhere in my subconsious, I mix up whether I am about to do a swing (less hip thrust) or a snatch (more hip thrust). Grip felt fine, but my cardio was taxed.
