Snatch 24kg 5x 10/10reps
Snatch 20kg: 20/20
Sumo dl 2x40kg: 20reps/1min
Snatch 12kg w fleece gloves: 6min (3/3min)
Wanted to do an ordinary near-max snatch set, but felt first reps that technique was not there. Hence, I settled for shorter sets and towards the end form felt better.
