Jerk coaching by the 28s

Jerk 2x20kg: 5
Jerk 2x28kg: two ladders of 2,4,6 reps

Push press 2x32kg: 1, 2

Jerk 2x28kg: three ladders of 2,4,6 reps
Jerk 2x20kg: 5


Snatch 12kg: 10/10


A nice session. I like the 28s. Yes, I know I sound defensive regarding them. But they are good for learning some technical aspects, like a deep enough 2nd dip or use of calves in clean.

Good to hear that you like the 28kg kettlebells, too many people are afraid of using them. Personally I prefer higher for calves training.
