Stretching

Uh, puh - poor me ;-). Did most training with my old comp-bells in order to keep the habit of lifting them as it's what we will lift in Uddevalla. They are good bells, but as I switched to the Leokos last sets, there is a definitively a difference. HR only went up to 92% of max - maybe that's as no set was over 5 minutes.

Seems like some more people are coming to Uddevalla the 5/3 - nice!
Be kind to the birds!!

How would you describe the difference to those of us who have never used the Leokos bells?

Hope I didn't sound as a braggard :-).
If to clarify my vaguely defined "feel" I think:

i) Balancing. Centre of mass more straight under the handle base, less in the bottom of the bells. Very nice in lockout. In clean, they turn over a little faster (less nice). Don't ask me why. But they also stays more in your centerline in rack (they don't want to get out to the sides).

ii) Handle shape. Curbed handle, sits nice in palm. A little more space.

These are just general traits. For example, the balancing differs between different bells on the market. So does handle height. I have not tried eg perform better.
Then how you value these differences is highly subjective.
