Kettlebell sport jerks

Oa jerk 12,20, 24kg: 5/5 each

Jerk 2x20kg: 5
Jerk 2x24kg: 5

Jerk 2x28kg: 5x  2,4,6 reps (sum 60 reps)

Jerk 2x24kg: 21 reps/3min

Being pre-fatigued, the 3 min set felt intense. Did some jerks without belt, the rack comes easier, but I would not like to be without belt in lockout when tired.

What's the diameter of the belt that you use? I have a thick powerlifting one but never bother trying it for GS.

It's a standard Eleiko oly belt, 5cm in the front and 10 in the back:

In the past I used a PL belt, tried it recently but it really hurt in the elbows.

Ahh cool thanks for the info, I'll look into it. I don't lift with a belt but I've also never tried so I have no point of preference.
