LCCJ 2x24kg: 6,12,18 (all 6rpm)
LCCJ 2x28kg: 4,7 (4rpm till fail)
LCCJ 2x20kg: 24 (8rpm)
Snatch 12kg & gloves: 8min (2/2/2/2)
This session I was feeling out what lccj feels like nowadays. I used a heart rate meter as well. The 20kgs at 8rpm yielded higest HR (95% of max). An aim is to increase rpm - 5 rpm for 10 minutes with 2x24kg could be a good goal.

5RPM is a good pace, but can be a killer with the 24's.
It is the rpm.s (=cardio?) that holds me back in lccj. A steady 5rpm would be a great achievment for me.
