Jerk 2x20kg: 5
Jerk 2x24kg: 5

Jerk 2x28kg: 5x  2,4,6 reps (sum 60 reps)
Jerk w press-out 2x32kg: 2

Floor presses 2x20kg: 2x 15reps

Ett skönt pass. Nöjdare med utlåsningarna - kan det varit lördagens OH-hold? Nu, mat.

Floor presses, interesting. I presume you're doing a shoulder press and not a chest press?

I do them as dumbell bench press, but laying at the floor. One set, I angel out my elbows to hit a little more tris & pecs and one set elbows paralell to body for tris & front delts.

I'm not very serious about those, but I will want to throw in some grind variations now and then. Especially, I should do some triceps work.

At the floor to avoid more OH-work than the GS-lifts,
