Snatch 24kg: 5/5, 46/46 (ca 6,5 min)
Oa swing 32kg:20/20
Clean 2x32kg: 5,10,5
Farm hold 2x36kg: 2x 1min, 1 min rest
A nice session. In snatch it is still grip that gives out first (of course!) but it is nice that cardio and shoulders is close to give out as well. Work feels more evenly distributed, so to speak.
The swings were simply too hard today; glutes (my excuses if I upset someone, getting too private).
The farm holds feels like a good evolution. For me, that is. Doesn't strong man guys run around with like 2x 150kg and such? I'm not a strong man, on the other hand. What do normal people like me farm hold?
