Farm walks with dumbells is a lot more difficult than with kettlebells. Dumbells want to rotate out of your hand - to make things worse/better, these old Eleiko dumbells had rotating handles :-).
Another home-pr with snatch which is fun. In the delusional state of snatching I thought I did 47/47, but the video does not lie...
Swings are good.
