Finished outdoors with some juggling of the 12kg. Dropped it a lot, but went better than yesterday.
I have become sloppy with my rack in that I tend to keep tense, wich results in less blood circulation and quicker build up of lactic acid. Hence, I wanted a slow set focusing on that. I used to relax before, but have forgot that lately. It never ends :-). I think one gets stronger just from touching the 28kgs. I have no plans advancing to focusing on 28s ever, btw. For me, they are just assistance tools for the 24s.

Good work but your tech needs some serious help, Bro. You are getting stronger and fitter but really, no jerks. You did some push presses! Time for tech camp??
Thanks! But where could I find a technique camp? I don't think it is push presses at all though, there is a pretty clear second dip. The problem as I see it is lack of speed / explosivity. But that is expected for me with this heavy stuff.
It is expected even with lighter weights.
Hey! Did you think of press-outs? I would not be surprised if there are press-outs...
Push-presses! At what time is there a push-press? I am not strong enough for push-pressing these. Impossible!!! ;-)
But I surely need a technique camp anyhow, but for the press-outs. And the rest. Is IKSFA going to Finland?
