With timer 1min lift/ 1min rest
Round 1-10 Jerk 2x20kg: 11rpm
Jerk: 2x20kg: 5
Oa jerk 28kg: 5/5
Rack & jerk 2x 28kg: 7reps/3min
Oa jerk 36kg: 2/2, 3/2
Fun session, the jerks w 20s made me quite exhausted.
