Long cycle training

Oa lc 20kg: 5/5
Lccj 2x20kg: 5

Lccj 2x24kg: 5, 10 (1:20), 31(6min), 19, 15 (3min),11,10 (Sum 101 reps)

That was tiring. Now some good rest days with a little mobility, walking and perhaps just a few reps.

Thanks a lot! Right now I feel great - knock on wood - slightly worn out, but I have several rest days.
This will be a great occasion.

I think there will be some nice occasions in the fall and summer closer by like in Italy and perhaps Latvia.

Let me know if there are any comps in Germany. There was a large lc-comp in June last year? If you do that again, please, tell :-).

That is the reason for the Blog---there are few events...but some are "Classified" or whatever.

I didn't know that there was a Comp last year??...

So if you have any idea...just sent me a mail, or add a comment in the "girisport.blog"

Hi again Daniel,
The lc comp was in June 2008 (not -o9). I send a mail if something comes up. Germany is not far away and there are good train connections.
