Had a friend count for me. That was very helpful. STill, I miscalculated the last minutes and thought I had to sprint in order to make 64. I sprinted and felt like dying big - Crossfit-style - and put down the weight. Then I saw that I had almost a minute left. Well, well...:-).

:-) No, I only have 66reps in me. I was knocked out. Good side is that it showed that it is physically possible to keep a little higher tempo for me. With some exercize and I add one more minute like that +70 anyhow. I have a brand new pair of running shoes, waiting for this snow-madness to end.

You can use pace variations during your sets to learn how to deal with it to increase the intensity.
