Jerk & Swedish made RKC-bells

Oa 20kg: 5/5

2x20kg: 5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13 (=81reps, fast tempo, 1min rests), long rest, 5

2x26kg: 3x 7

- Speed is the trick of jerks, especially with 26s. A leg thing. I dont't get tired in the legs from a few jerks w 26kgs, but I lose speed quickly.
- Hid my fat grip in the country side so that I don't have access to it this week. I think I overworked my grip - I got weaker anyway.

Swedish made RKC-bells

Saw some Swedish produced RKC-kettlebells Saturday. Made in SMåland. I had the possibillity to compare them with an American made one. Exactly the same. Only difference was a small stamp (0,75 cm2?) from the foundry at the base of the handle. A small hexagon with a letter inside. Fredrik at kettlebell center said he wanted to make the foundry stop putting the stamp. I tried to convince him that it was cool-after all, Swedish made bells are not something that you come across everyday. A typical collector's item in 50 years, or so. Moreover, the Soviet bells tha I have seen also carries the foundry's stamp. Ok, not a great argument but still...:-)
