Jerk: super-drop sets
Oa jerk 20kg: 5/5
Jerk 2x20kg: 10
6 sets of: 5 jerks à 2x26kg-5 jerks 2x20kg
Nice session with a little bit of strength and cardio (esp the 20kg jerks, I did at a quick tempo).
